Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer who will also serve as a strategic product leader for our ServiceNow platform. In this hybrid role, you will not only drive hands-on development but also help define and execute the platform roadmap in partnership with the platform owner and key stakeholders. Moderna’s ServiceNow environment is undergoing a major transformation from cleaning up technical debt and simplifying complex customizations to rebuilding core ITSM modules and fully leveraging our investments in ITOM, SAM, HAM, and HRSD.
