Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through sound architectural design, early risk assessment, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Partner with business, HR, OEC, IT, and BTS stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Review and evaluate solution options, enhancements, and integrations to assess enterprise impact, security, and technical fit.
- Advance technical expertise through mentoring, advising, and sharing architectural best practices.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends and incorporate relevant advancements into short- and long-term architectural planning.
- Shape and manage relationships with vendors and partners in alignment with corporate values and enterprise standards.
- Ensure adherence to corporate/divisional policies including security, compliance, data protection, and audit requirements.
- Contribute to multi-year roadmaps and project plans, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in Science/Technology + 9 years; Masterβs + 8 years; PhD in Science/Technology or PharmD + 4 years.
- Strong ServiceNow technical background in enterprise systems and solution architecture (preferably in regulated environments).
- Experience designing and governing enterprise service management (Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC) and workflow automation.
- Ability to evaluate solution options and design architectures balancing business needs and long-term sustainability.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in regulated environments with security and compliance considerations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
