Senior Service Operations & Technical Support Representative

Role: Senior Service Operations & Technical Support Representative for ENT surgical equipment, managing service, repairs, customer support, and equipment lifecycle for Acclarent TruDi and Bien-Air systems. Responsibilities: coordinate customer and field service requests from intake to closure, oversee capital equipment programs (evaluation, rental, placement, rent-to-own), ensure accurate tracking of serial numbers, inventory, and equipment returns, and support compliance with policies and SOPs. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Service & Repair; monitor program compliance; generate reports using tools like Excel, Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI; and maintain accurate data records. Qualifications: 2+ years post-secondary education; 3-5 years customer service experience in medical device/pharma; familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce preferred; strong communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills; experience with compliance solutions; proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
