Senior Scientist, Translational Development

Role: Senior Scientist in Translational Development focused on immune-oncology programs, managing preclinical laboratory studies to support late-stage clinical strategies. Responsibilities: conduct mechanistic studies, biomarker analyses, patient selection hypotheses, combination approaches, and resistance mechanisms; collaborate across research teams; develop and present data supporting translational insights. Qualifications: PhD with at least 2 years in immune-oncology, hematology, or immunology; strong publication record; expertise in flow cytometry, cell sorting, immune effector assays, cytokine analysis, and transcriptomic profiling; experience with spatial technologies is a plus. High-Value: immune-oncology, hematology, immunology, late-stage (phase 2+), preclinical laboratory work, biomarker development, combination rationale, resistance mechanisms, in vitro/in vivo efficacy studies. Work Setup: based in Cambridge MA, with a focus on laboratory and cross-team collaboration.
