Role: Senior Scientist in Translational Development focusing on immune-oncology, supporting late-stage (phase 2 and beyond) programs through preclinical laboratory research. Responsibilities: conduct mechanistic studies using in vitro and in vivo models to elucidate MOA, differentiation, resistance, and combination strategies; generate and present data; collaborate with internal and external teams; contribute to strategy development for clinical translation. Qualifications: PhD with at least 2 years in immune-oncology, hematology, or immunology; strong publication record; expertise in flow cytometry, cell sorting, immune effector assays, cytokine analysis, tumor immunophenotyping, and transcriptomics; experience with spatial tech platforms a plus.
