Position Summary
Reporting to Director/Translational Development, part of the translational group (Cambridge, MA) managing scientific and preclinical laboratory work for multiple immune-oncology late-stage programs (Phase 2 and beyond), supporting mechanism-of-action studies, differentiation from standard of care, combination rationale, and resistance mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preclinical/laboratory studies using late-stage BMS assets to support Translational Medicine annual goals.
- Deliver data supporting translational strategies: biomarkers, patient selection hypotheses, dose/schedule, combination strategies, resistance mechanisms, and differentiation.
- Interface with research scientists (inside/outside Translational Medicine) to ensure information flow.
- May contribute to external preclinical collaborations.
- Maintain written reports and present results in an organized and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and contribute to project strategy discussions.

Qualifications & Experience
- PhD with 2+ years relevant academic/industry experience in immune-oncology, hematology and/or immunology.
- Strong publication record and research track record leading innovative lab efforts supporting clinical development.

Technical Skills (required/preferred as stated)
- In vitro multi-parameter flow cytometry/cell sorting; immune effector assays (ADCC, ADCP, T-cell killing); cytokine analysis (ELISA/MSD); bulk/sc-RNA-seq.
- In vivo syngeneic and CDX efficacy studies; tumor immunophenotyping and transcriptomic profiling.
- Spatial technology platform experience (e.g., Akoya, Visium, COSMX) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable)
- Cambridge Crossing: $142,220–$172,340.
