Senior Scientist, Systems Immunology - San Carlos, California

Role: Senior Scientist leading genomics and systems immunology research in immunology, inflammation, and immuno-oncology at BeOne Institute. Objectives: support discovery and translational programs by uncovering disease mechanisms, identifying therapeutic targets, and characterizing immune responses using multi-omics technologies. Responsibilities: design and conduct single-cell (scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, TCR/BCR sequencing), spatial transcriptomics, and related genomic studies; collaborate with computational teams to analyze complex datasets; develop mechanistic hypotheses and translate findings into actionable targets; mentor junior staff; contribute to strategic research activities. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.D. in Immunology, Genomics, Systems Biology, or related discipline; 2+ years’ experience; proven expertise in next-generation sequencing techniques, immune repertoire analysis, and bioinformatics tools (e.g., Seurat, Bioconductor, Cell Ranger); strong immunology and cancer biology background; experience with spatial transcriptomics and AI tools is advantageous.
