Senior Scientist, Structural Biology

Role: Senior Scientist in Structural Biology focused on accelerating therapeutic discovery through high-impact structural studies. Responsibilities include purifying and characterizing antibodies, antigens, and complexes; preparing cryo-EM samples, processing data, and interpreting structures to inform antibody design and optimization; utilizing complementary techniques like crystallography and biophysical methods; maintaining detailed records, troubleshooting workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in biologics, protein sciences, and biophysics. Qualifications: PhD in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, or Biophysics with 2+ years postdoctoral or industry experience; expertise in antibody–antigen structural biology, cryo-EM, protein expression, purification, and complex assembly; proficiency with cryo-EM software and structural analysis tools; strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: experience with negative-stain EM, crystallography, antibody discovery, and structure-guided design; evidenced impact on drug discovery projects through published structures.
