Responsibilities
- Support statistical programming for late-stage drug/vaccine clinical development; may lead one or more projects.
- Develop and execute statistical analysis and reporting deliverables (e.g., safety/efficacy datasets, tables, listings, figures) from trials through regulatory submissions and post-marketing support.
- Design and maintain statistical datasets supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with statistics and project stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- Serve as statistical programming point of contact/knowledge holder across the product lifecycle.

Primary Activities
- Develop, validate, and maintain analysis/report programming using global/TA standards and departmental SOPs.
- Maintain/manage project plans (including resource forecasting).
- Coordinate global programming teams (including outsource staff).

Qualifications (Required)
- BA/BS (or MS) in CS/Statistics/Applied Math/Life Sciences/Engineering or related field plus SAS clinical trial programming experience: 5 years (BA/BS) or 3 years (MS).

Required Skills/Experience
- Advanced SAS clinical trial programming (data steps, procedures, SAS/MACRO, SAS/GRAPH) plus systems/database expertise.
- Design/develop complex programming algorithms; interpret analysis plans and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with clinical data management; experience with CDISC and ADaM; ensure process compliance and deliverable quality.
- Strategic thinking; anticipate stakeholder requirements.

Preferred
- R (incl. Shiny) and/or Python; generative AI/emerging tech in statistical programming.
- Regulatory submission experience (electronic submission deliverables).
- SDLC/SOP reporting knowledge; mentoring and programming consistency across protocols/projects.
