Role: Senior Scientist in Chemical Commercialization Technology supporting late-stage small molecule drug substance development and manufacturing. Responsibilities: lead process understanding, characterization, and commercialization activities; design experiments using QRM and QbD principles; apply statistical analysis and process modeling; support technology transfer, validation, and lifecycle management; author technical and regulatory documentation; lead investigations, change controls, and process improvements; collaborate across research, manufacturing, quality, and external partners. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field, or B.S./M.S. with 5+ years industrial experience; strong experience in chemical process development, scale-up, and manufacturing of small molecules; proficient with experimental design, statistical tools, PAT, and process modeling; effective communicator with project management skills; commitment to safety, quality, and compliance. Preferred: experience with regulatory filings, process analytical technologies, digital manufacturing tools, and ICH guidelines.
