What You Will Do
- Independently and collaboratively conduct bioanalysis of siRNA therapeutics in preclinical samples (in vitro and in vivo)
- Establish innovative in vitro ADME assays to characterize siRNA mechanism of action and generate mechanistic insights for discovery programs
- Design, execute, and interpret in vivo studies characterizing pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic relationships, tissue distribution, and toxicokinetics of siRNA therapeutics
- Build interdepartmental relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration across Research & Development to advance siRNA therapeutics from discovery to clinical proof of concept

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree (and relevant post-doc where applicable) in pharmacology, biochemistry, or related scientific discipline
- Or Master’s degree in pharmacology/biochemistry/related discipline + 3 years industry experience
- Or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacology/biochemistry/related discipline + 6 years industry experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of siRNA therapeutics, especially ADME and pharmacokinetics
- Experience designing/executing fit-for-purpose mechanistic assays for key siRNA questions
- Hands-on experience: ligand binding assays (immunoassay, hybridization), LC/MS bioanalytical platforms, RT-qPCR or RT-ddPCR
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
