Role: Senior Scientist in Delivery Biology focused on developing targeted oligonucleotide delivery strategies for therapeutic programs. Responsibilities include designing assays to evaluate tissue-specific delivery, interpreting in vitro and ex vivo data, collaborating with cross-functional teams (medicinal chemistry, delivery tech, targets), and mentoring junior scientists. Qualifications: PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or related field; 2-3 years of biopharma experience; expertise in tissue/cell biology, especially in nucleic acid delivery or antibody conjugates; strong data reproducibility and communication skills.
