The Senior Scientist will mentor junior staff and uphold laboratory safety, calibration, and operational excellence standards. Qualifications require a PhD with 5+ years or equivalent industry experience, with proven expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, radiochemistry, and radioanalytical method development. Experience handling radioactive materials in R&D or GMP settings, along with strong problem-solving, project leadership, and communication skills, are essential.
