Senior Scientist – Protein Expression Sciences (Antibody Discovery)

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple antibody discovery projects simultaneously in a cross-functional team environment.
- Establish and communicate research timelines across internal and external teams.
- Coordinate screening campaigns and analyze primary/high-throughput screening data across multiple concurrent projects.
- Use software tools to select antibodies with desired functional properties.
- Ensure accurate and complete capture of experimental data in internal databases and repositories.
- Present results from antibody discovery campaigns to team members, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
- Stay current with scientific advances and contribute to team strategy.
- Mine and summarize data to support process improvements and enhance discovery pipelines.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Additional qualifications:
- Working knowledge of immunology, including antibody generation, structure, and characterization (strongly preferred).
- Proven experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing clear conclusions.
- Experience with multi-well assays for drug screening/high-throughput data analysis (preferred).
