Role: Senior Scientist in Protein Analytical Development, focused on mass spectrometry assay development for biotherapeutic characterization within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives: advance analytical technologies for protein and conjugate characterization to support clinical and commercial development. Responsibilities: design and perform mass spectrometry assays, evaluate emerging analytical methods, serve as a technical lead on cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation compliance with GMP standards. Qualifications: Masterβs degree required; PhD preferred; at least 4 yearsβ post-degree experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences; hands-on mass spec expertise, especially with protein/antibody analysis. Preferred: experience with 3rd party MS software, antibody-drug conjugates, GLP/GMP environments, and regulatory CMC knowledge for biologics. High-Value: focus on biotherapeutics, protein characterization, process development, and regulatory compliance in a clinical/industrial setting.
