Senior Scientist, Protein Analytical Development, Characterization

Role: Senior Scientist in Protein Analytical Development focusing on mass spectrometry assay development for protein therapeutics. Objectives include advancing characterization methods to support clinical development and commercialization of biologics, including antibody-based modalities and conjugates. Responsibilities: design and perform mass spec assays, evaluate emerging analytical technologies, lead scientific discussions on project teams, and ensure documentation compliance with GMP standards. Qualifications: Master’s degree with at least 4 years or PhD with 0–2 years of relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences; hands-on experience with mass spectrometry techniques (intact mass, peptide mapping); protein/antibody expertise. Preferred: experience with third-party MS software, antibody drug conjugates, GLP/GMP environments, and knowledge of pharmaceutical CMC/regulatory frameworks.
