Role: Senior Scientist in Process Development supporting development and commercial launch of biopharmaceutical reagents. Focuses on optimizing and validating chemistries and processes related to polymers, surfactants, and surface chemistry, with cross-functional collaboration across Chemistry, Microfluidics, Assay Development, and Production. Responsibilities include experimental design, troubleshooting, process transfer, documentation, and communication of findings; may involve international travel (~10%). Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with 5+ years industry experience; expertise in chemical process scale-up, physical chemistry, and statistical process control; strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred skills include automation, custom instrumentation experience, and microfluidic device development for microbiology applications.
