Role: Senior Scientist specializing in Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism (PKDM) in biotherapeutic drug discovery and early development. Responsibilities: design and execute biological and biophysical experiments to study ADME properties of large molecules and non-traditional small molecules; develop assays to understand mechanisms of in vivo clearance and biodistribution; interpret data, communicate findings to project teams, and support departmental strategies. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant postdoctoral experience, or master's with 3+ years, or bachelor's with 5+ years of related experience; expertise in bioanalytical techniques, protein biochemistry, cell biology, and biophysical methods; knowledge of protein therapeutics pharmacokinetics and drug discovery. Preferred qualifications include experience in immunology, biochemistry, or biophysics, specifically with protein-protein interactions and mechanistic modeling in cellular or animal systems; strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
