Role: Senior Scientist leading assay development and validation of cellular immunology assays for vaccine and biologic candidates within a regulated bioanalytics environment. Responsibilities: design, optimize, qualify, troubleshoot, and transfer cell-based immunoassays (e.g., intracellular cytokine staining, ELISpot/FluoroSpot, cytokine profiling) for preclinical and clinical samples; support flow cytometry instrument maintenance; author SOPs, technical reports, and communicate assay strategies and data; leverage automation and data analytics to enhance assay performance; provide scientific guidance and training in a GxP setting. Requirements: Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, bioengineering, or related field, or M.S./B.S. with relevant industry experience; experience working with regulated bioanalytical workflows, GxP documentation, and handling infectious samples at BSL-2; strong troubleshooting, experimental design, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred: experience with primary immune cell handling, multiparameter flow cytometry, data analysis software (FlowJo, Prism), automation tools, and comprehensive cellular immunology techniques.
