Role: Senior Scientist leading assay development for cellular immunology within vaccine and biologic programs, focusing on assay lifecycle management and immune response characterization. Responsibilities: design, optimize, qualify, and troubleshoot cell-based immunoassays (e.g., cytokine staining, ELISpot, flow cytometry); support instrument readiness; author SOPs, technical reports, and communicate data insights to stakeholders; leverage automation and data analytics to enhance assay performance; serve as a scientific mentor in a GxP regulated environment. Requirements: Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or related field, or MS/BS with relevant experience; proficiency in regulated bioanalytical workflows, assay validation, and cellular immunology techniques; experience working safely with infectious samples and in GxP settings. Preferred: expertise in flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine analysis, automation tools, and data analysis software such as FlowJo and GraphPad Prism.
