The Internal Medicine Research Unit (IMRU) at Pfizer seeks a Lipidomics Senior Scientist to advance research in metabolic diseases, ASCVD and CHIP. This role requires application of advanced mass spectrometry to uncover disease biology, and to identify and validate therapeutic targets. Responsibilities include maintaining lab excellence, communicating findings internally and externally, supporting technological and methodological innovation, and collaborating to interpret multi βΓΓ²omics data. In addition to drug discovery interests, publication in high-impact journals and presentation of research is encouraged. The candidate will have daily interactions with a team of creative and innovative scientists in a supportive environment for rigorous scientific and drug development training. Strong self-motivation, extensive mass spectrometry experience, excellent communication interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
