Role: Senior scientist in Quantitative, Translation & ADME Sciences (QTAS) focusing on in vitro ADME and drug metabolism. Objectives: advance translational ADME using complex in vitro models and innovative approaches to support early and late-stage small molecule development. Responsibilities: conduct laboratory experiments with cellular and subcellular models; evaluate and qualify new in vitro technologies; generate data supporting translational modeling; liaise with discovery biology/pharmacology teams; stay updated on emerging science. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree with approximately 8-10 years of experience, or PhD with no experience required; expertise in cell culture (hepatocytes, cell lines), enzyme kinetics, IVIVE, DDI risk assessment; strong publication record; excellent communication skills; motivation and independence. Preferred Qualifications: experience with drug permeability, receptor pharmacology, pharmacokinetic modeling. High-Value: focus on ADME, drug metabolism, DDI prediction, complex in vitro models, translational modeling, early to late-stage small molecules.
