Role: Senior Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology within cell therapy and immunology-focused oncology research. Responsibilities: lead and interpret preclinical in vivo studies assessing efficacy, biodistribution, pharmacodynamics, and tolerability of novel viral vectors; establish and optimize tumor models; perform mouse procedures; analyze molecular and cellular data including flow cytometry and nucleic acid assays; maintain documentation and communicate findings to team and stakeholders. Requirements: BA/BS with 5+ years, MA/MS with 3+ years, or PhD in pharmacology, immunology, biology, or related fields; hands-on experience with oncology and humanized mouse models; proficiency in animal handling, tumor monitoring, flow cytometry, and molecular analyses; strong problem-solving and communication skills; commitment to data integrity and animal welfare. Preferred: experience in gene therapy, viral vectors, tumor immunology, biomarker analysis, CRO management, or mentoring. High-Value: focus on cell-based therapies, immunology, oncology, viral vectors, translational research, and good laboratory practices.
