Role: Senior Scientist, In-vivo CAR-T, supporting development and scale-up of lentiviral vector (LVV) drug product processes from early to late-stage development. Responsibilities include designing and executing process development studies, collaborating with modelling and data science teams, performing hands-on laboratory work for process optimization, and supporting process characterization, scale-up, and manufacturing transfer. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Analytical Development, MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams, as well as documentation per GxP standards. Qualifications: Ph.D. with 0-2 yearsβ experience or B.S./M.S. with 4-6 yearsβ relevant experience in Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering, with expertise in viral vector process development, viral vector formulation, and GMP principles. Preferred skills include experience with LVV platforms, process validation, and late-stage development activities. High-Value: focus on viral vector bioprocessing, gene therapy modalities, early to late development, process scale-up, and technology transfer in a GMP environment.
