Senior Scientist, In Vitro and In Vivo Pharmacology

Role: Senior Scientist, In Vitro and In Vivo Pharmacology, supporting biologic drug discovery and development for immune-mediated and inflammatory diseases. Responsibilities: design and execute mechanistic in vitro and in vivo studies to characterize target engagement, signaling, cytokine modulation, and pharmacodynamics; develop and optimize cellular and biochemical assays using primary and immortalized cells, co-culture systems, and disease models; generate data supporting candidate selection, dose rationale, and biomarker strategies; collaborate with external CROs, academia, and clinical teams; contribute to research strategies, develop publications, and present findings. Requirements: PhD in Pharmacology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related sciences; 5+ years in biotech/pharma supporting biologics discovery and translational research; proven expertise in immunology, inflammation, biologic assay development, and pharmacology; strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.
