Responsibilities:
- Support allergic/inflammatory disease pipeline by validating targets and assessing therapeutic candidate efficacy in vitro and in vivo.
- Contribute to project advancement by developing new methods/technologies; troubleshoot technical issues; interpret data/literature; communicate results to supervisor/team.
- Execute experiments using provided projects/protocols; work toward independently developing projects.
- Coordinate complex in vivo experiments and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Handle mice (care, general surgical techniques) and collect blood/tissue samples.
- Develop/optimize disease mouse models and analyze disease pathologies using flow cytometry, histology, and ELISA.
- Develop/execute cell-based assays to screen candidate antibodies; perform ELISAs and/or MSDs to measure cytokines and determine antigen binding.
- Maintain lab/equipment; order supplies/reagents to support a safe, effective working environment.

Qualifications (Must):
- Ph.D. + 0–2+ years experience; expertise designing complex in vivo efficacy studies; experience developing/optimizing inflammatory disease mouse models and analyzing pathologies via flow cytometry, histology, ELISA.
- Prefer 5–8 years relevant immunology research experience; Ph.D. in Biology/Immunology/Cellular & Molecular Biology preferred (not required).
- Extensive experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry (panel design and data analysis required).
- Basic computer literacy; experience collecting/analyzing biological data; preferred: GraphPad Prism, Softmax Pro, FlowJo, HALO, DIVA.
- Knowledge of allergic/inflammatory diseases (skin/lung preferred).
- Preferred: primary cell assay development/optimization for cytokine/immunoreceptor pathway characterization and antibody screening.
- Record of high-quality publications; strong verbal and written communication.
