Senior Scientist, Immunology

Role: Senior Scientist of Immunology specializing in T cell biology and in vivo CAR-T therapy development within a biotech-focused therapeutic discovery team. Responsibilities: lead and design complex in vitro assays (flow cytometry, cytotoxicity), develop and execute in vivo studies (humanized mice, NHPs), collaborate with CROs, troubleshoot protocols, analyze and communicate data, and contribute to strategic project planning. Qualifications: PhD in Immunology or related field with 5+ years of industry experience; expertise in flow cytometry, primary T cells, PBMCs, and mouse models; experience with humanized mice, NHPs, and in vivo CAR-T is strongly preferred; familiarity with nucleic acid modalities is a plus; highly motivated with strong organizational and collaborative skills.
