Role: Senior Scientist leading immunology studies to evaluate biotherapeutic modalities, including antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) and xRNA approaches, focusing on immune profiling and immunogenicity assessment. Responsibilities: design and execute complex immune assays using primary cells, analyze immune cell activation, cytokine release, innate and adaptive responses, generate mechanistic data for candidate optimization, biomarker development, and safety evaluation; collaborate across disciplines such as oligonucleotide biology, bioanalytics, toxicology, and disease biology; communicate findings to project teams. Requirements: Ph.D. (0-1 year) or MSc in Life Sciences with 2-5 years research experience in human immunology or cell biology; expertise in immune assay development, primary immune cells, flow cytometry, qPCR, transcriptomics, and immune response assessment; strong data analysis and experimental design skills. Preferred: knowledge of xRNA biotherapeutics, AOCs, or antibody delivery platforms; experience with orthogonal omics data analysis is a plus. High-Value: focus on immunogenicity and immune pathway interactions of novel biologics, particularly in early discovery or translational stages. Work setup: on-site in Cambridge, MA, with no relocation support.
