Role: Lead in vivo pharmacology research for oncology drug discovery, focusing on PK/PD/efficacy studies in tumor models. Responsibilities: design and execute animal experiments, establish pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic relationships, support IND filings, and collaborate on project teams. May manage a small team; support operations in animal facilities and pharmacology labs. Requirements: PhD in Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related field with at least 2 years postdoctoral experience; extensive expertise in in vivo tumor models (xenograft, syngeneic, PDX, genetically engineered mice); proven experience in regulatory documentation and data interpretation; proficiency in aseptic cell culture and rodent techniques; strong publication record and management skills.
