Senior Scientist II, Early Analytical Peptide Development, Synthetic Molecules

Role: Senior Scientist II supporting early-stage development of New Chemical Entities (NCEs), primarily synthetic peptides, in preclinical and clinical phases. Responsibilities: independently conceive, implement, and execute novel analytical research; develop and optimize methods for peptide and small molecule analysis; support pipeline progression through analytical troubleshooting, impurity profiling, and method validation; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Discovery, Process Chemistry, QC, and Regulatory Affairs. Requirements: Ph.D., MS, or BS in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences with 4+ to 12+ years industry experience; strong expertise in peptide development, chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC), and mass spectrometry; solid knowledge of organic chemistry and spectroscopic methods; self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Preferred: hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry and working within GxP environments.
