Role: Senior scientist in the Quantitative, Translational & ADME Sciences (QTAS) team, focusing on biologics characterization and bioanalysis. Responsibilities: develop and execute LC/MS-based assays for novel biologics, support stability and serum aggregation studies, qualify and validate new analytical technologies, analyze data, and generate reports. Lead in vitro serum stability, aggregation, and biophysical assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data review and submission coordination. Qualifications: PhD in Biological, Pharmaceutical, or Chemistry sciences with 4+ years industry experience, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s with over 10 years in biologics characterization, bioanalysis, or DMPK. Expertise in LC-MS (Q-TOF, Orbitrap, QQQ), biophysics, and biochemical properties of biologics is required. Proven ability to manage complex data and publish findings. Preferred: experience with biologics, ADCs, and in vitro stability assays, and proficiency with advanced software tools. High-Value: biologics, biologic stability, LC/MS, serum stability, antibody-based therapeutics, in vitro characterization, and biologics pipeline support. Leadership: mentoring junior staff and fostering innovation in assay development and data analysis.
