Senior Scientist II – ADC Reaction Engineer

Role: Senior Chemical/Biochemical Process Engineer in R&D supporting development of scalable processes for drug substances and drug products, including ADCs, biologics, and small molecules. Responsibilities: develop robust manufacturing processes through all development phases, lead process characterization, scale-up, tech transfer, and process optimization; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex reaction and separation challenges; author technical documentation and contribute to regulatory filings; champion new technologies and process efficiencies.
