Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and report ADME assays (e.g., metabolic stability and permeability) to support PK strategies.
- Interpret in vitro ADME data and translate findings for early discovery, compound optimization, and selection.
- Contribute to novel ADME methodologies and expand assay capabilities.
- Advance automation strategies (liquid handling, assay miniaturization, assay multiplexing) to increase capacity, standardize execution, and reduce manual effort.
- Execute and/or contribute to fully automated, end-to-end ADME workflows integrated with AI-enabled analytics.
- Develop methods for small and large molecule bio-analysis using LCMS-MS, HRMS, and ICP-MS.
- Troubleshoot lab instrumentation and automation platforms.
- Manage study timelines, objectives, and budgets; ensure accurate progress tracking in company tools.
- Communicate data, strategy, and results to project teams.
- Contribute to internal ADME study reports and regulatory documents (IND, IMPD, NDA, etc.).
- Participate in cross-departmental teams and initiatives.
- Complete required organizational trainings and requirements; adhere to SOP, quality, and HSE guidelines.

Essential Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics or related field; BSc: 7+ years; MSc: 4+ years ADME/DMPK.
- Experience in discovery/development labs or CRO/Pharma/Biotech highly desirable.
- Metabolic stability and permeability assay experience highly preferable; cell culture a plus.
- Laboratory automation integrated with AI-enabled analytics highly desirable.
- Knowledge of related disciplines (bioanalytical, toxicology, biomarker).
- Strong organizational/project skills and critical thinking/problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Fluent oral and written English.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary expected range: $89,600–$166,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off for eligible employees.
