Role: Senior Scientist I supporting drug discovery and development through in-vitro ADME assay design, execution, and automation. Objectives: generate high-quality ADME data to inform compound optimization, advance automation and AI-integrated workflows, and contribute to regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: plan and interpret assays such as metabolic stability and permeability, develop and expand assay methodologies including LCMS-MS, HRMS, ICP-MS, troubleshoot lab automation, and manage project timelines and budgets. Collaboration involves cross-functional teams in discovery and early development stages, with a focus on building next-generation lab automation platforms. Requirements: BSc with 7+ years or MSc with 4+ years in drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, or related fields; experience with ADME assays, cell culture, and laboratory automation; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluency in English. Preferred: experience in CRO, biotech, or pharma, especially in metabolic stability, permeability assays, and AI-enabled automation. High-Value: discovery-stage drug development, ADME assay development, lab automation, bioanalytical techniques, and cross-disciplinary collaboration within a biotech setting.
