Role: Scientist in Non-regulated Bioanalysis supporting preclinical studies within AbbVie's QTAS Department, focusing on LC/MS-based bioanalytical method development. Responsibilities: develop and optimize quantitative bioanalytical assays for synthetic molecules, troubleshoot instrument and assay issues, evaluate new technologies, maintain accurate documentation, mentor junior staff, and stay current with analytical literature. Requirements: PhD (0+ yrs), MSc (8+ yrs), or BS (10+ yrs) in analytical chemistry or related field; strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, peptide extraction, separation, and quantification; experience with automated sample prep and familiarity with pharmacokinetics is a plus; working knowledge of regulated bioanalysis/CRO settings advantageous.
