Senior Scientist I β€” Neuroscience Discovery (Movement Disorders)

Role Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and characterize novel biologic-based bispecific molecules using human iPSC-derived dopaminergic neurons and mouse primary neuronal cultures.
- Design and execute experiments to generate high-quality data and support decision-making for the neuroscience portfolio.
- Perform hands-on cell culture work and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (typically 10 years experience), or Master’s degree (typically 8 years experience), or PhD (no experience necessary).
- Demonstrated expertise in human iPSC-derived neuronal culture; experience with dopaminergic neuron models strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in mouse/rodent primary neuron culture and molecular or imaging-based assays (e.g., calcium imaging, immunocytochemistry, high-content screening).
- Experience with mouse in vivo systems is a plus.
- Experience with protein or antibody-based modulators and understanding biologics mechanisms of action is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Benefits (as stated):
- Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick)
- Medical/dental/vision insurance
