Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field with 10+ years or master's with 8+ years of industry experience; demonstrated expertise in IHC and multiplex immunofluorescence, especially on Opal platforms; proficiency in image analysis and assay troubleshooting; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience with COMET platform, spatial biology, and laboratory tracking systems, with mentoring experience valued. High-value specifics: focus on immunohistochemistry assay development for drug discovery, supporting research in immunology, oncology, or neuroscience, with a need for independent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
