Senior Scientist I/II, RNA Platform

Role: Senior Scientist I/II in RNA Platform focused on developing next-generation mRNA therapeutics, overseeing experimental design, production, and optimization of high-quality mRNA. Responsibilities: lead hands-on mRNA synthesis (IVT, purification), design strategies for sustained payload expression, drive payload innovation, collaborate cross-functionally with molecular biology, formulation, and analytical teams, mentor junior scientists, communicate research findings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with approximately 10+ years (Senior I) or 12+ years (Senior II) experience, or Master's with 8+ years or PhD with 4+ years, in molecular biology or related fields; expertise in mRNA production techniques, analytical characterization, payload design, and functional assays; strong independent experimental skills, troubleshooting, and scientific communication. Preferred: experience with multiple nucleic acid modalities (e.g., circRNA, ssDNA), LNP delivery platforms, and a publication or patent record. High-Value: focus on mRNA biology, manufacturing, and innovative payload development for RNA therapeutics, working in a fast-paced research environment.
