Senior Scientist I - Drug Metabolism

Role: Senior Scientist, DMPK, leading small molecule ADME/PK strategies across multiple therapeutic areas in early discovery settings. Responsibilities: define and execute DMPK approaches to support candidate optimization, integrate in vitro, in vivo, and in silico data, apply PK/PD and PBPK modeling, collaborate with medicinal chemistry and pharmacology teams, manage CRO partnerships, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Requirements: BS/BA with 10+ years, MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, or ADME research; hands-on experience with PK/PD modeling, biotransformation, and DMPK principles; strong scientific communication skills. Preferred: experience with project leadership in DMPK or PK/PD modeling.
