Role: Bioanalytical and DMPK scientist supporting RNA therapeutic drug development from preclinical to clinical stages. Responsibilities: independently design, execute, and interpret ADME, PK, TK, plasma protein binding, and DDI studies; analyze data using Phoenix WinNonlin; collaborate across disciplines including discovery, toxicology, regulatory; prepare scientific reports and regulatory submissions; manage internal and CRO DMPK activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field with at least 3 years industry experience, or M.S. with 6+ years; expertise supporting RNA modalities such as siRNA, antisense oligonucleotides, GalNAc conjugates; proficiency in PK software (Phoenix WinNonlin, R); strong knowledge of PK/PD principles; experience with regulatory nonclinical DMPK studies; skills in plasma protein binding and in vitro DDI assessments; excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: hands-on bioanalysis experience, modeling and simulation skills.
