Senior Scientist I, DMPK

Role: Bioanalytical and DMPK Scientist supporting RNA drug development from preclinical to clinical stages, focusing on designing and interpreting PK, TK, plasma protein binding, and DDI studies. Responsibilities: independently execute ADME, PK/PD, and toxicokinetic studies; analyze data using Phoenix WinNonlin and other tools; collaborate across cross-functional teams including discovery research, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, and regulatory affairs; prepare scientific reports and contribute to regulatory submissions; manage internal and CRO DMPK activities to ensure timely, high-quality data delivery. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field with ≥3 years (or M.S. with ≥6 years) of relevant industry experience; expertise in supporting RNA modalities (siRNA, antisense, GalNAc conjugates); proficiency in PK software (Phoenix WinNonlin), data analysis, and understanding of bioanalysis, DDI, and PK/PD principles. Preferred: experience with modeling/simulation and bioanalytical techniques supporting DMPK studies.
