Senior Scientist I, DMPK

Role: Bioanalytical and DMPK scientist supporting RNA drug development from preclinical to clinical stages. Responsibilities: design, execute, and interpret PK, TK, plasma protein binding, and DDI studies; analyze data with software like Phoenix WinNonlin; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory-ready DMPK packages; represent DMPK in project teams and support IND submissions. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline with 3+ years or M.S. with 6+ years of industry experience; experience supporting RNA modalities (e.g., siRNA, antisense, GalNAc conjugates); proficiency in PK software, bioanalytical techniques, and understanding of regulatory DMPK guidelines.
