Senior Scientist I, Cell Line Development

Role: Senior Scientist I in Cell Line Development (CLD) within AbbVie's Biologics CMC organization, focusing on engineering CHO cell platforms for recombinant antibody and biologics production. Responsibilities: independently design and execute experiments to optimize vector constructs and host cell engineering; conduct transfection, clone generation, and cell culture; analyze gene copy number, RNA expression, and antibody titers using various laboratory techniques and instrumentation; interpret data to improve production titers; author technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical and bioinformatics colleagues.
