Role: Senior Scientist I in Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) supporting biologics process development and validation at AbbVie's Worcester, MA site. Responsibilities: lead design, execution, and analysis of process development, characterization, optimization, validation, and continuous process verification for large-scale GMP cell culture processes; oversee process transfer activities; troubleshoot GMP manufacturing issues; support regulatory filings through technical documentation; collaborate across functions including process development, analytics, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory.
