Senior Scientist I

Role: Senior scientist specializing in mRNA/dsRNA and tLNP process development, with focus on purification, formulation, and scale-up. Responsibilities: develop and optimize processes for RNA and lipid nanoparticle production, support scale-up from bench to GMP manufacturing, and contribute to project science and publication efforts. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and mentorship are expected. Qualifications: PhD or equivalent with typically 8+ years’ experience; expertise in RNA purification, TFF, chromatography, and lipid nanoparticle formulation; prior industry experience and GMP exposure preferred.
