Clinical Research and Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Routinely demonstrate scientific initiative and creativity to solve difficult problems and champion new analytical technologies.
- Perform method development, optimization, and validation for late-stage biologics programs.
- Independently manage project activities within area of expertise and contribute to overall program progress.
- Deliver results in a team-oriented setting; work across scientific disciplines to meet critical milestones.
- Generate new scientific proposals; anticipate and evaluate scientific/regulatory advances or competitive threats and respond with new strategies.
- Organize and present scientific plans and data.
- Author technical documents (methods, protocols, reports), and contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and regulatory documents.

Qualifications:
- PhD (0+ years), Masterโ€™s (8+ years), or Bachelorโ€™s (10+ years) in a scientific discipline (e.g., Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) with prior laboratory experience.
- Practical experience with method validation and working in a GMP environment (preferred).
- Practical experience and strong knowledge of protein HPLC (SEC, IEX, HIC), capillary electrophoresis, and other protein separation techniques (preferred).
- Solid understanding of protein chemistry/biochemistry for biologics drug development (preferred).
- Maintain laboratory notebook compliant with GLP/GMP.
- Demonstrated independent problem-solving; ability to learn new experimental techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work within timelines.
- Scientific writing and strong verbal communication skills.
