Senior Scientist, Formulation Development

Role: Senior Scientist in Formulation Development at Lundbeck Seattle, focusing on biologic drug product formulation from early to late-stage development. Responsibilities: develop and optimize stable liquid and lyophilized formulations, design screening studies using DOE, evaluate protein stability via analytical techniques, manage development activities with internal teams and CMOs, author regulatory and technical documentation, and support technology transfer and scale-up. Requirements: Ph.D. with 5+ years or equivalent experience in biopharma, expertise in biologic formulations, understanding of protein stability and analytical methods, and experience managing outsourced activities. Preferred: experience with lyophilization, late-stage or commercial biologics development, statistical software proficiency, and regulatory documentation.
