What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput mass spectrometry–based proteomics workflows and screening platforms to accelerate drug discovery
- Execute automated sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis across a broad range of high-throughput proteomics assays
- Collaborate with chemistry, biology, and disease area teams as a technical/scientific subject matter expert
- Perform data analysis to generate insights into mechanism of action, target engagement, and selectivity
- Present research findings and communicate plans, results, and analyses to cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of experiments, protocols, and analyses
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate (PhD/PharmD/MD) with relevant experience OR
- Master’s degree with 4 years of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in proteomics/chemoproteomics/biochemistry/chemistry or related field
- Track record developing mass spectrometry–based proteomics assays, operating advanced platforms (e.g., Orbitrap Astral), and analyzing proteomics data
- Experience with sample preparation miniaturization and automation platforms
- 3+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Innovation in assay/method/platform development
- Strong quantitative and computational expertise in high-dimensional proteomics data analysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; reliable, reproducible results
- Knowledge of targeted protein degradation or E3 ligase biology (plus)
