Senior Scientist, Engineering- Lab Start-Up and Commercialization

Role: Senior Scientist in Biologics Conjugation Commercialization, focusing on establishing and optimizing lab scale-down models and startup of conjugation processes for biologics. Responsibilities: lead laboratory operations, troubleshoot equipment and systems, develop efficient processes, ensure safety and compliance, manage capital assets, and collaborate cross-functionally to support late-stage biologics pipeline development. Requirements: Bachelor's (6+ years), Master's (4+ years), or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related fields; expertise in conjugation chemistry, process development, and GMP; experience with laboratory start-up, high-containment labs, and process scale-up for biologics, particularly ADCs; skills in project management, equipment troubleshooting, and data analysis tools. Preferred: experience in pilot or commercial biological manufacturing, regulatory filings, and capital project execution; familiarity with CMMS software, root cause analysis, and potent compound handling.
