Senior Scientist, Engineering (I/II) - Automation

Role: Senior Automation Engineer responsible for developing and deploying laboratory automation solutions within AbbVie's Development Sciences. The core focus is on enhancing R&D productivity through innovative automation, data analysis, and data management, contributing to the Labs of the Future initiative. Responsibilities include designing custom and off-the-shelf automated laboratory systems, integrating hardware and software for experimental workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand scientific needs and deliver scalable, autonomous solutions.
